The schedule and decision-making
These are the two things that cause the most conflict later if they're vague. Naming a specific custody pattern and being explicit about who decides what (or that it's joint) removes ambiguity before it becomes an argument.
Communication and exchanges
Agreeing on how you'll talk (and where handoffs happen) in a calm moment now saves a lot of friction later, especially once emotions are involved in a specific situation.
